Did I calculate that well or what?! Ok, so it wasn’t intentional, but I’m glad it worked out.

This week I was saved by the BF being on a healthy kick. A good number of times I’d call him up and say “I’m hungry. Let’s go get some Taco Bell!!” only to be told that he’d either already eaten, or was cooking something healthier. Feeling guilty I’d scrape something up at home, or had dinner with him if he was cooking. Sure, I love Taco Bell, but I love the fact that he’s cooking even more!! He made some delicious stir fry with brown rice the other day….I hope he makes me some more again!

This weekend is a big one. Not only is it my 25th birthday today, but there’s an event at the botanical garden on Saturday, as well as dance rehearsals (tonight and tomorrow) and the performance on Sunday!! I’m very excited, but also a little nervous! I’m not doing much for my birthday tonight though. I have rehearsal at 8, and after that I’m going home to have some chocolate-raspberry cake my mom is getting at Whole Foods, and the hors d’oeuvres I bought earlier this week. Yum! Can’t wait! If I celebrate it’ll be next weekend….there’s just too much going on this one for me to try and squeeze in a party (plus, I don’t want to be all stuffed right before I have to wear those revealing costumes!) A friend that has the same birthday is having a party, but I gotta check on what time it starts….considering I won’t be home at all until 9:30, if they start it too early I’m not sure its worth the drive.
